Their palettes, which I have reviewed before, are fantastic and the quality is amazing. So when I received brushes as part of their latest venture I was expecting the same reaction and I'm happy to report I wasn't disappointed. Their brush collection covers areas for both the face and eyes. Here for review I have two eye brushes. My first impressions? They are of great quality, the bristles feel so soft as well as study and I love how tapered these are making them great for precise application.
EYE SHADING BRUSH
Firstly I have the Eye Shading brush which has to be one of my favourite types of tools. The hairs on this brush are both nicely dense and packed in well. The bristle feel soft which is a must around the delicate eye area. This tool generously applies eyeshadow onto either the crease area, along the upper and lower lashes, outer lid area or for general blending riding of any harsh lines.
I really like how the hairs aren't too long which could potentially effect the sturdiness of the bristles. Instead these hairs are just the rights size making the brush multifunctional. The handle is also great to work with and for such an average size, has a very lightweight feel.
I have actually received feedback from clients telling me how nice this brush feels against the eye area which is always a plus.
Next I have the HD Brows Eyeshadow brush. The hairs on this are equally soft and sturdy. The shape is also nicely tapered making it ideal for use on smaller areas around the eye. The bristles are dense which is great for packing on colour to either the upper lid area or lower lash line. I also find this brush is great for applying a highlight just along the brow bone delivering the right amount of pressure needed to make the most out of your makeup.
The handle also feels quite sturdy and is of a good length to work with.
